Banksmeadow, NSW 2019

Very convenient to everywhere. There's still an industrial feel in some parts but surrounding areas are developing. Easy to Eastgardens, Maroubra beach and UNSW is only a 10 minute drive, ADD 5 more for Coogee beach or la perouse, access to eastern distributor is direct, airport is also 10 minutes and so is the exit points to the M8 which means Paramatta is only 15mins away and Rozelle 10mins. Brighton beaches are also about 10 mins the other way. It's actually a really nice place and the surrounding suburbs are also decent. Still need to cat ch a bus to gent mascot trains or the light rail. Overall pretty decent location and was pleasantly surprised since moving here 5 years ago. Some good public primary schools around but limited public high schools.
