"Housos paradise/scum land"
Housos paradise. Wait until you meet the cat lady that lives on jones place running around swearing with a walker. And the other weirdos there. Be warned there all Hogwarts graduates that'll pinch your shoes from your door step.

"Quiet coastal living"
The most underrated and under-valued coastal suburb from Wollongong to Newcastle. It's unbelievable that anyone can purchase a home in such a wonderful city, close to beaches for $400k. It takes the same amount of time to travel from here to Sydney as it would living in Western Syd.
