Great suburb to raise kids. Houses with big backyards, close to bush walls and trails, only 1hr by train to the cbd. Love living here, you won’t regret the move!

We work in the CBD and coming home is like a dream. We love the peace and quiet. Great place for our kids. So much space. Easy transport to the city. Express trains. Fresh air!

Very peaceful, great neighbours, great for outdoor activities- bushwalking, fishing, kayaking. Not to mention Berowra Waters Inn!

We love relaxing on our deck, watching the sun set, sipping on a glass of wine, being greeted by the kookaburras. Going to the markets for fresh produce or having our groceries delivered to our doorstep. Great lifestyle, great neighbours! We love this suburb!

We were surprised that Berowra Heights was so affordable and well located at the same time.
About 20min from Hornsby or Thornleigh by car. 50min express to central. Great suburb to live, but also good if you’re thinking about investing for the future. Although most people are owner occupiers which is why the neighbourhood feels so safe and communal. Tight knit community, with limited supply of houses so it can be tricky to find one for sale.

So tranquil and relaxing in this suburb. I love waking up to birds chirping! Kookaburras visiting on a daily basis. Amazing suburb, great neighbours!

If you love nature and feeling like you’re living in a staycation then Berowra Heights is the place for you! Lovely, welcoming community, really friendly down to earth neighbours (not karens). Your dog can bark without a neighbour writing threatening letters. East transport to the city.

Berowra Heights has friendly neighbours, a community feel, space and fresh air! Great for raising family or if you just want to chill with your furbabies.

We moved to a house in Berowra Heights from a 2 bedroom apartment in Mascot 2 years ago and have not looked back! We were nervous about moving to the ‘burbs. Being in our mid 30s we weren’t sure about moving so far from the CBD. We’ve found the commute to the CBD for work super easy. Our commute used to be 45min door to door, now it’s about an hour so it’s not that much further. We love the community feeling, space and fresh air plus the awesome local cafes and restaurants.

Nice place to raise small children and to retire to. But very very boring for anyone over the age of 15 who enjoys a social live. Noisy neighbors too.
