"Lovely little spot."
Beautiful part of the world . Close to everything. Beautifully maintained Historical homes. Lovely neighbours and neighbourhood. No crime problems. Excellent Childcare facilities with Blackstone Montessori and the Blackstone Kindergarten. Excellent education facilities with Brisbane College where the Blackstone School once was. "Blackstone"
Theres nothing here, its like being in another time, you can barely get phone signal. Booval Fair is your closest shopping centre and its not great. Theres a bit of crime (theft, car theft), bogans who set off fireworks for no reason, nosey neighbours, stray animals, frogs in your toilet. Hot/dry weather and it does flood sometimes.
You'll pay around $250/week for somewhere old and falling apart or $350/week + for something nicer and newer... but I wouldn't, look somewhere else.

I was looking at it because its one of the very few places I could afford to buy by myself. Could you recommend anywhere else with similar prices that might be a little safer etc by any chance?
