Connolly, WA 6027

Connolly is a great suburb to live. It is quiet and has good access to public transport and the freeway. Joondalup Resort is great for restaurants, cafes and golf. Connolly shops has some great businesses also.

Great quiet suburb with a community atmosphere. A great primary school in the suburb and borders on secondary schools. The suburb itself is quite small as it surrounds the golf course.

Boring suburb unless you like golf.

Better value elsewhere.

I lived in Connolly for over 10 years and only recently moved out of the location (out of my parents place and into a share house with friends). It's an excellent suburb and perfect for families, older people, students and couples. A very safe, clean and inviting area that has everything you could possibly need. I'd have no qualms about recommending this area to anyone that was considering a move to the northern suburbs.

We have young kids and purchased a house in Connolly about 1y ago and this suburb is a great place to live. 5 minutes from everything: beach, quality schools, shops, restaurants, cinemas, train station, sports facilities, ECU Uni, Joondalup shopping centre, Joondalup Golf & Resort (in Connolly and great for Sunday breakies!!) )etc.... Very safe with plenty of parks. People are friendly and rates are reasonable. If you find something you like and is in your budget...do not hesitate, just buy it, you won't be disappointed...and yes Ocean Reef Marina is on the cards (approx 2y from now) so you will make an above average return . Great street lots of high priced homes that will also keep their value - ocean views. Quiet cul-de-sac, very safe and friendly neighbours. Close to Joondalup and freeway, great location.
