"The West's best kept secret!"
Cowan...where? Cowandilla is a small and tightly held suburb bordering Mile End. With shops, resturants, schools and public transport surrounding it - this suburb offers everything you need and more!
Gorgeous character homes on large blocks, many still waiting to be renovated and revived.
A charming place to live, wouldn't change it for the world.
Also don't forget the city is 5 minutes one way, he beach 5 the other!

"Multicultural Inner City Living"
Cowandilla is a multicultural friendly area. It is close to everything and perfect for the student or single professional. Everything you need is nice and close and nightlife is only a short ride into town away. It is quite expensive but share housing is quite the norm.
