"Family friendly estate - Quiet & safe"
Cumbalum is only minutes from Ballina's shopping centres and 10 mins from beaches, great estate for family's but also a good mix of retiree's. Quality homes in a fast developing estate.
Very peaceful estate, I personally love at night looking at the lights of Ballina & Lennox Head, there are plenty of children in the estate who go to a wide range of schools with an excellent bus service.
Being so high up we always get a lovely breeze.
