Beautiful old houses close to great schools and public transport. Lived here for 20 years.

Some parts are good and some areas are not good

Great suburb, close to the city. Great transport links via bus, train (norman park) or ferry. Famiky friendly and great schools both state and private.

I have lived in East Brisbane for about 3 years now and have never had a single problem. I love quite close to Mowbray park which is extremely convenient for public transport (both buses and ferries) and exercise purposes. The park is also full of life with people often hosting children's parties and BBQ's. It is a very friendly and safe environment. There is also an amazing Japanese restaurant called Kotobuki which I frequently visit. I would highly recommend it.

Such a convenient suburb in Brisbane. Close to the city, fortitude valley and bayside suburbs. Great housing options and schools in the local precinct.

East Brisbane is a great suburb to live and my street, Clarendon Street, is definitely one of the best. It has a park and a great community spirit. It is great for families as there is a playground in the park and lots of children with friendly parents play on it.
