"Gladstone - Our Town, Your Town."
I moved to Gladstone 10 years ago and have never regretted it. I remember my husband and I taking a walk one afternoon and a group of teenagers rode past us on their bikes and waved and said hellos as if they knew who we were. My children were more than happy when they arrived home from school on their first afternoon. They could not believe how friendly the students & teachers were. All the businesses in the town are always more than helpful and welcoming to all residents & visitors. There is also a lot of various voluntary groups in Gladstone, who are always busy on different projects. I am glad! I chose to live in Gladstone!
Great for
- A kindy, two primary schools & a high school.
- Just over 2 hours from Adelaide.
- A friendly community.
Not great for
- The pubs.
