"Needs a lot of work!"
Used to be a good suburb but now it’s more like a side residence for industrial areas . Lands may be valuable but definitely needs lots of work! Half of the suburb are flats and small apartments made the area not as safe as the old days. Professionals & public servants are moving out. Unfortunetly few buyers properly rebuild!

"Great Cafe & Shopping Suburb"
This is a really nice area to go to on a Sunday for coffee with friends and there a quite a number of small boutiques that you can get some nice clothes.
The parking though is all meters which is annoying.
