"A bit of country living so close to the city!"
The suburb comprises acreage properties of between 2-5 acres, although there is a new estate with smaller properties. The overall feel is rural, but within 15kms of Brisbane CBD! Sought-after Gumdale State School caters for Gumdale families and the neighboring Wakerley community. Within 2kms, Chandler Sporting Complex will feature in the 2032 Olympics. A little-known locale, but a great place to raise a family within easy commute to CBD and cooling bayside breezes. 5 mins to Westfield Carindale.
