"Unaffordable"

Overpriced university suburb in a satellite city. Lack of affordable rentals. Roads congested and parking nightmare during session.

Perfect for lecturers, senior lecturers or associate professors but not for professors. Professors generally choose further north. Not a gorgeous place, however you can make it work with beer goggles.
