"best spot in newcastle"
Situated close to the beach, cafes, schools, shops, cultural places (art gallery, museum) to walk everywhere (flat terrain). Great community atmosphere. Far enough away from beach to avoid cars etc being affected from sea elements. Leafy streets, period homes. The conveniences of city living without the capital city house prices.
