"a small town but not exactly friendly"
I lived there for quite a few years. It has good and bad points. The good points are that is a safe place, quiet and the houses are pretty much looked after there are only the odd few that need a renovation. The bad points are that unless you were born and bred there, a footy freak or into the pub life people aren't exactly friendly. I found it extremely difficult being a newcomer making friends and I wasn't the only one. It is not far from Lavington and Albury but the other bad point is there is no public transport at all so you MUST have a car.
