"Good for leisure life, not so for professionals and transport availability"
Telecommunications is an underperforming factor and transport options are limited; you're better off in nearby Blakehurst or South Hurstville. The beach is not supreme and if it were, this place would no longer be a hidden gem for leisure lovers, because there would be noise pollution and traffic congestion as people head to their ultimate beachside destination just from the CBD at Hurstville. Being on the "other" side of Princes Hwy, I tell you, is undesirable and the region itself has low walkability.
