Bit expensive. Otherwise not terrible, friendly neighbours... lack of amenities though.

"A friendly and beautiful location to live in"
Everyone is very friendly. The park and oval are wonderful to take the kids for some outdoor activities. Some beautiful eatery’s close by with amazing food. Lilli Pilli point reserve is down by the water and has stunning views of the bay.
