Gateway to Hunter Wine district.
Major shopping 5 minutes away in Rutherford
One of the best schools in the Hunter Valley.
Braxton link road coming soon not far from the town making a trip to Sydney quicker.
Big plans for development here as Rutherford grows.
25 minutes to Newcastle outskirts.
