"Quiet village atmosphere a short walk from the centre of Maitland"
Lorn is a beautiful historic small suburb with period houses and beautiful gardens. It has shops and cafes in its main street which also includes 2 Dr surgeries, a chiropractor, beautician and hairdressers. It is a short walk across Belmore Bridge to Maitland. Despite being so close to the heart of Maitland it is a wonderfully quiet suburb. People are friendly and care about their homes and suburb.
