Great suburb to raise kids. Very safe and exceptional community

I bought a block of land here last year in the new Aquarevo estate for $525,000 for 512 sqm. I researched a lot about the area before buying as the land prices were quite high compared to the nearby suburbs and all I found was good reviews from all my sources. Since moving in the area this year I am so glad I chose this suburb. Just to mention a few of the amenities the primary school is 5 minutes walk, Marriot waters shops is 10 minutes walk, Merinda park station 15 minutes walk, Melbourne CBD is 40 minutes drive on a weekday and less than that on a weekend after the roads have been upgarded and not to mention the parks and wetlands just outside my house.
In my opinion due to the safety and amenities of this area once the last few remaining blocks are sold by next year the prices of the houses would sky rocket.

Wonderful place to live
Very peaceful

Great place to raise a young family, plenty of wetlands, parks, bbq area to take the kids. Friendly community where you will see a lot of families walking their dogs or riding their bikes. Lyndhurst primary school and nearby shops make it even more convenient.

Everything you need within walking distance, shops (Woolworths, Aldi, Dan's), parks, schools, train station. Safe, quiet area with a friendly community vibe. Living in the Marriott waters estate allows for the added privilege of the community gym and pool.

We’ve moved in 6 months ago and it’s been amazing! Lots of parks and wetlands around the estate and people are just lovely! Merida Park station is only 10 mins walk from our place. You have all the shops in the shopping plaza. Expensive but well worth it. Perfect for family.

I live around boland drive and near lake. Great for young family and kids. Rush hour time (morning & after work) is quite hectic through estate. Nice to run & walk around lake to shopping centre. Great community and neighbourhood, looking after each other. Kid friend park and playground. Nice size shopping complex. Generally estate is pretty clean and well looked after. Good childcare around and in the estate. Close to beach, big shopping centres, sports centre. The one thing I concern is the smell might be coming from poultry on tompsons road & from paddock which is opposite glasscocks road. But you dont smell it all the time. couple fo times a month??Other than that it's pretty lovely area to live..

I love living in Lyndhurst.

The best suburb. it has so much to offer, I dont think any other suburb will have so much to offer. It has every thing you could think of, direct access to Freeway, lakes, park, ovals, pay area for kids, the local shopping area (Dan Murphy, woolworths, Aldi, Nandos, Dominos) Public Transport ( Lynbrook Station) , Now have Bus Route. The list is on and on and on. I will never move from Lyndhurst
