"GREAT PLACE TO INVEST OR LIVE"
With so many big companys coming to Marulan,I believe there is same great growth to be made for investors,houses are still at the low price range,and rent is in high demand.
Also a really nice quiet town to live and relax,not being to far from shops ect,but you get a decent size block of land.

- Nice friendly people
- Great place to invest,lotsof industries coming there
- Lots of developments happening,highway acess
