"Up and coming -Great investment area"
Changes are happening in Merrylands West. Great investment area and affordable living. Multicultural with lots of good eateries. Would like to see a new wave of cafes and night-life and more pride in street appearance from the council. Other then that, watch this space in the next 5-10 years especially being so close to Parramatta. 🤑

"A suburb being gentrified"
Merrylands West is so much better than its big brother Merrylands. The suburb was established only 50 years ago, so a new wave of professional and aspirational families are moving in to replace the aging population of the original inhabitants. These people want modern houses and in every street you can see old houses being replaced with new. This way the entire suburb is gradually being upgraded as well as gentrified from working class into professional class.
