"Positively Geered Investment Property Hub"
Moree is a perfect place for investors who are keen on making money and equity. Property values have faired well. Rental vacancy is very low and has demand from families/agricultural workers/tourists throughtout the year. The population is steadily growing and there is a community spirit in Moree. House prices are affordable and rental income is quite inviting! Lots of shopping malls, motels, Newel Highway passing through town keeps Moree buzzing with life. Good medical facilities and only minutes from the Qld Border, less than 450km from Brisbane and less than 400km from Sydney. There is a regional airport with not less than 3 daily flights to Sydney. A rail line connects it with Tamworth/Sydney as well
