"Bushfire & Flood Risk"
Nice enough area. Cool beaches. Nice scenery.
But the area is prone to floods and bushfires. Council should be doing lots more to mitigate these ongoing risks. At the moment they just sit on their hands waiting for the next climate disaster to happen.
