Reviews of Mount Hutton, NSW
"Under rated suburb"
I really feel this area is going to get more and more popular due to its great location. You are within striking distance of the lake, the beach and Charlestown square plus there’s a great shopping centre (recently extended) in mount Hutton itself.
Properties are more affordable but rarely come up - most people are owner occupiers and retired. It’s a quiet safe area.

"Safe and peaceful"
beautiful part of NSW. Close to both the beach and the bay. Friendly neighbours and not full of traffic. A great buy

"Great town to live"
Lived there for close to 10 years and it's a great place to live. Area had a great community feel with friendly neighbours. Park in the area has just been upgraded with great family friendly facilities.

"poor area"
There are house and land packagers for this area , I would have to say if any one has any pride they would look else where, After driving around Mount Hutton I find its a poor area and would not waste my money , I would also like to say I have no idea why they would build homes so close together, I feel that this area would be no better than Mount Druitt .
I think Alf is trying to keep people away
What a misguided chap Alf Williams is - poor area is not an accurate description of Mount Hutton, it has a lot of retirees and down to earth working class people . A lot of very friendly neighborhoods.
Very close to beaches and lakes , plenty of shops , schools & medical facilities .
