Reviews of Narooma, NSW
"Narooma- South Coast Hideaway, great to retire there."
Narooma is on the far south coast of NSW and is situated south of Moruya. The town is on the Wagonga Inlet and had Mount Dromedary as a stunning backdrop. The fishing is great here with good catches of bream, trevally, flathead and tailor. For the more enthusiastic angler charters can be arranged. There are plenty there water sports to enjoy including swimming, snorkelling, diving and surfing. From Narooma you can take a short boat ride to visit beautiful Montague Island nature reserve. Narooma Golf Course is known as one of the best in Australia. This Cliff top course offers stunning views of the coast line and has a fully stocked pro shop and the clubhouse restaurant has some delicious meals. There is plenty of shopping and accommodation of all types and generally home prices aren’t too bad considering the fantastic location.
