Fabulous hinterland living close to Coolum Beach with great shopping and schools close by.
Located at the geographical heart of the Sunshine Coast, Ninderry is hard to beat for location.
Enjoy the fresh country Air and uncrowded hinterland... a great place to live!

"Country Living Mintues to the Beach"
Ninderry is situated only 20 minutes from Mudjimba beaches and Maroochydore Shopping Centres.
The property sizes range from small acerage lots to larger 10+acre lots. Beautiful views of the hinterland and in some instances the ocean.
I would love to hear from some of the locals and what there thoughts are.
