"Amazing Sunshine Coast value"
Compare Obi Obi prices to Mapleton/Montville or Maleny and you'll see the value. Updated and widened roads are going in making acces much easier. So close (7min) to Mapleton...30min to the Airport or beach. 30+ acre farms have sold recently for $1.7mil and $2.5mil. If you are after a farm/lifestyle/horse property or wanting to go self sufficient you must check out Obi Obi...no where else on the range can you get such value for money so close to the coast. Obi Obi is a little known hidden gem on the sunshine coast.
