Reviews of Peachester, QLD
"Beautiful Small Country Town Close To Everything"
Travelling all over Australia there's just no place like the beautiful Peachester. From the abundant rainfall, amazingly fertile soil, great weather, flourishing wildlife and not to mention the very friendly locals. A slice of paradise is how I would describe Peachester, I will never be leaving. As an organic farmer this is the ultimate conditions to grow a variety of fruits often only grown North or South.

"Peace and quiet yet so close to the coast"
This is a small community that is connected particularly through its long-term older residents and through its highly-recommended primary school.
The community grew dramatically in the 80's, particularly with young families. More recently there has been an influx of retirees and the area has gradually been moving upmarket as the Sunshine Coast develops and its tranquility has become appreciated. The development footprint is tight, so further development will be restricted.
Beerwah is only a 10 minute drive away and offers 3 supermarkets and all the major banks, as well as a large regional library, large state high school, thriving Christian College and major community hall. Maleny and Montville are also within easy reach.
There are limited buses running into Peachester, but once you get to Beerwah trains can be used to access north and south, and connect with busses to SC Uni and the coast between Caloundra and Maroochydore.
The development of Caloundra South will bring Peachester closer to a major shopping mall, and the new road to the coast will reduce travelling times. Both of these will impact favourably on Peachester, confirming its dual attraction of tranquillity and country lifestyle with access to coast, shopping and entertainment opportunities.
