Reesville is a small community around 5 minutes drive to the quaint village of Maleny where you will find many eateries and coffee shops giving you that true country village atmosphere. With the magnificent Sunshine Coast only around a 40 minute drive you can experience both the tree and sea change from this tranquil location.

Not far from the town on Maleny is the small town of Witta. Located in the Sunshine Coast Hinterland, Witta was first settled by German immigrants. This tiny town has one general store. The old general store and the old school is further down the road and make an interesting stop. There is a recreation Club which also has attached playing fields and children’s playground. Witta offers some great views of the surrounding area and a visit to the old cemetery offers an insight into the town originally inhabitants and their descendants. Property prices vary whilst Maleny offers great accommodation for the tourist as well as fast food outlets and restaurants.
