"Peninsular Location without the Congestion"
I often bike around the area and enjoy the peaceful and family friendly location. You can see a lot of life and fun at Timbrell Park and Nield Park. Lots of little cafes in nooks and corners but mostly houses in wide streets and flanked by big and small parks. It is lovely to just be able to stroll to the Bay Run at night. Early morning walks and a dip by the Drummoyne Swimming pool is also great. For those that love the shops and shopping, Five Dock strip is closer but there's Birkenhead pt. The wide streets are amazing and the recent street art by the council is adding a colourful feel to the streetscape and it's very clean. Best of all hardly any congestion from big blocks of units. Just love the feel of Rodd Point.
