Rosemount, QLD 4560

I really cannot go past Rosemount without wondering how nice it would be to live there. It is a leafy green peaceful place. The house prices are quite high but expectant as they are mostly on large private blocks.

Rosemount covers a high ridgeline that extends from Nambour to Maroochydore. Towards Nambour there are a number of smaller Urban blocks surrounded by Rural allotments. Towards Maroochydore the ridgeline is made of of Rural Residential allotments, with old cane field lots at the base of the ridgeline. Many of the houses either have ocen views or views across the valleys both north and south. For shopping Nambour is only mins to the west or Bli Bli Maroochydore to the South. Sunshine Coast Airport is a 10min easy drive, and from Rosemount it is just as easy to go the beach behind twin waters as it is to visit Cotton Tree or Alex Headland. The only draw back is that the Bruce Highway cut through the middle of the subburb in the 1990's so highway noise is an issue for some blocks.
