"To expensive for what it is"
don't get me wrong there are really nice areas in Salisbury downs but also very crappy ones. i just can't belive these housing trust homes are getting over 600k for a government home. i think the housing prices here are to high for it.

Salisbury Downs is One of The More Better Parts of Salisbury Changing in Last Couple of Years Is Improving Still Bad Reputation and High Crime But Is Getting Better Now I Have Lived in Salisbury Downs for about 3 Years and Still Live Here and Can Only Say Good Things about it and Close to Everything Parafield Airport and Chidda Train Station and Parafield Bunnings and District Outlets Shopping Centre Parafield including Parabanks Shopping Centre Salisbury and Hollywood Plaza Salisbury Downs and Friendly Neighbours Willing To Help Out when in Need and Quite Street Etc…

"Cheap place to buy but not overly safe."
We moved in here 10 years ago and we hate what it has become. There are to many people that walk around harassing others and fighting. Very bad place to live now. We are moving out due to this. We are leaving our dream home because of this place in Adelaide!!
