"best suburb in coffs harbour area"
very modern suburb, with brand new lovely houses, great scenery, five minutes walk to beach , best weather, good schools and coffee shops, restaurants, shops , five minutes to Monee beach shopping centre, most neighbours are very highly professionals , good for retired and family with kids, best place for investment, very safe
