Reviews of South Hurstville, NSW
"Peaceful with comfort of enjoying amenities"
While living on the western side of Princes Highway may not be ultimately desirable, as it requires considerably more effort to access amenities in nearby Hurstville, South Hurstville has relatively good transport links, mitigating such a concern. I would particularly recommend living on the side of South Hurstville closest to Allawah (George St, West St) as you are central to practically everything. South Hurstville may have scarce restaurants and a not so lively atmosphere, but there's always Hurstville CBD for transport interstate, entertainment, shopping, social hubs, culture, etc. In contrast to Hurstville, it offers a laid back lifestyle, and its close proximity to Princes Highway may result in noise pollution but then again, enables easy access to the Sutherland Shire. There is an abundance of parks.
