Reviews of Stuart Park, NT
"Edge of the City"
Stuart Park is a great suburb with a combination of established houses, villas and new apartment complexes.
It is a great family area with plenty of parks, schools and green space.
It is located only a few minutes walk into the city however it's just far enough away so you don't get the noise from the city.

"Trashed by development, troublemakers"
Used to be my favorite suburb but now it’s a mish mash of run down houses, with bland high rise flats crammed everywhere. Soulless and sandwiched between the 2 busy highways into CBD. Abandoned used car lots, scary at night due to troublemakers, .. Such a shame.
"Inner city suburb close to the action and work"
There is a reason this suburb is at the top, it caters for singles, families and couples. on one side you have Apartments that have views of the Darwin skyline, townhouses for those that want a little more space and large houses on big blocks for families, even houses with full harbour and marina views. This is an older suburb and owners are slowly renovating and making the streets cape more appealing. If you work in the CBD then I highly recommend this area. Stuart Park has a primary school within and St Johns across the Stuart highway, beyond that is Darwin high school of which i went to all these schools growing up in Darwin and they were all good with many generations of darwinites that have attended. The botanical gardens are a short stroll away and not far from the famous Mindil beach and easily accessible to all.

"Stuart park, a cut above the rest"
When it comes to inner city living Stuart Park takes the cake, it offers the very best of Darwin with the feel of Suburban living, just a short walk to the CBD Stuart park has begun to thrive and it is popular with both the old and the young, a mixture of imposing, large family home, blend in with modern, stylish apartment blocks that house young professionals, with great parks in the area and arguably the best Laksa house in Darwin Bu Amy's, stuart park really is a quality Suburb, there is a high demand for both houses and units in the area and the rental yield for investors is around 6%.

"The old established part of Stuart Park is the best"
Schools, public transport, 2 minutes from Town, combination of old and new. Not too sterile. Build on solid land. When we paved our house we found broken china from a vase/plate dating back to the chinese immigrants. It was very exciting to think of market gardens being in our back yard. It has a history, a pulse.

"Awesome suburb, 2mins to CBD"
I have been living in Stuart Park for 5 years and must say it is one of the best suburbs I have lived in, zero crime, almost no break ins, trees everywhere and 5mins walk to city or a 2mins drive. Stuart park has a small shopping centre that doesnt have many shops but who cares when in 2mins you can be in the city to work, eat or play. Has water views on duke street and in tipperary waters and some great parks as well.
