"Great Suburb"

Great suburb of Bundaberg, Close to all amenties, public and private schools, excellent corner store and fantastic local butcher and the infamous Nightingale Pies.
Wonderful suburb for families, couples and retirees as on bus routes to and from the shopping centres and cbd and a strong resale for all kinds of properties.

"Nice suburb of Bundy"

Svensson Heights is a nice suburb, has some newer homes, close to both airport and the CBD, and Across the Waves sports club (good meals) is just a few mins away
