"Great Town thats on the grow"
I have lived in Tennant Creek awhile now and have enjoyed meeting and being involved in the community.
Most people move here for work as the town continues to grow, with most people in the town working professional jobs and renting for around $350 to $450pw for housing.
Some good tourist things to do keep this place busy in the dry season and private and government infrastructure keeps the town busy in the wet.
Lots of parks, trials, local pool, lawn bowls, basket ball & net ball courts, ovals, rodeo grounds, horse racing track and speedway keep weekends out side.
Normal pubs, club, restaurant's and eateries available.
