Tiaro is a very friendly town and a great place to live.Maryborough is only 20 mins up the highway and Gympie approx 40 mins down the highway with Hervey Bay - Fraser Coast approx 1 hr away, all in all a great location.
Tiaro Coal is currently active in the area between Gympie and Tiaro ; so all in all a good long term investment.

Climate is great, has easy access to major towns while living in a country town environment. Great community spirit with plenty happening in the area. Cost of living is very good & is comparable if not better to most other places. Excellent primary school for families & is very safe & friendly.
