"Highly affordable."
Ideal area for families with kids, very affordable to buy a home in the town, a rural living property near the town or fabulous grazing land for sheep and cattle in the surrounding farming properties. Early 2010 sold 3 br home on 15 Acres for under $200k - a bargain! Nigel Christie, Hale Real Estate.
