"In the heart of the northern suburbs"
Wagaman is located centrally in the Northern Suburbs, with Casuarina Square being Darwins Major shopping hub you are a stones throw away, With good land under title, these properties offer room to swing a cat, or a dog. I have sold a number of houses in this area and all of the Open for inspections have been well attended by 30+ groups. However usually they don't even need to be advertised and I have sold 3 personally off the market in the past 12 months.
Close to schools and parks this Suburb is one of the premiere northern suburbs.
