"Large blocks, wide streets & all within walking distance of the CBD"
Walkervale is one of the older suburbs in bundaberg, though still with full council services and a close proximity to the CBD and essential shopping.
Predominantly blocks range from 800-1012sqm, nice wide streets and a mixture of older timber homes and more modern brick homes now forming part of the new street scape as blocks are divided or homes removed.
Public transport is frequent, local shopping open 7days including a doctor and chemist and walking distnace to town.
