Reviews of Whale Beach, NSW
"Whale of a time..."
It's a lovely place, and no it's not a hidden gem just slightly off the main road anyone can find it. Like my retired neighbourhours who gets one friendly 'whats up' + nod as required. We are having a whale of a time. Next week I'm oiling our deck. I don't recommend it though and please don't move here.
"Ultimate Beachside Suburb"
Thankfully Whale Beach is relatively inaccessible which contributes to its tranquility compared to its noisy brash Sister suburb of Palm Beach. While the suburb boasts some large exclusive houses the suburb retains its sylvan setting. The beach itself is relatively quiet, particularly during the week and in Winter. Architecture of most homes suit the coastal setting and has an up market “Californian” feel. People are friendly and community feel is more like Sydney of the 70’s. Some great cafes and restaurants and convenient to shopping in Avalon. It’s is no surprise the suburb is now ranked amongst the TOP ten most expensive suburbs in Sydney. A place where you can live the dream...
