"just bought"
heard a lot of negatives (from the internet) maybe that was past. just bought nice place people said hi to me themselfs but if something changes i will update. only complain its not well maintained i am bringing this to blacktown councils notice.

i dont know mate. just moved in myself and seeing a lot of houses sold. the area where I moved in is quite nice people say Hi to each other. Maybe ask someone who lived here from a long time.
