Reviews of Worrigee, NSW
"a hole of a place to live"
Increasing crime due to nearby settlement and South Nowra ghetto like accomodation.
Forget about getting ADSL or NBN for the next 12 months.
Some insurance companies will not insure you. The suburb is built on swamp land hence they see it as a flood risk.
Too many "duplex" homes spread in a small area.
No nightlife at all unless you enjoy going to play bingo and line dancing with the retirees.
Stay away from the joint!
Great for
- Cheap accomodation
Not great for
- No nightlife
- Crime
- No internet

"Worrigee - Rapidly Growing South Coast Suburb"
Worrigee - a rapidly growing suburb just South East of Nowra.
If your in search of homes less then 10 years old, then Worrigee is a good starting point.
The suburb consists of many estates such as Rayleigh Gardens, Peppermint Grove, Mountain View, Carrington Gardens and recent release Green Orchid just to name a few.
The area offers a medical centre, sports club with cricket pitch and 18 hole golf coarse. A short 15 minute drive from the coastal towns of Culburra Beach, Greenwell Point and Callala Bay. I beleive land has been set aside for a shopping centre along Isa Road.
Recommended for families, couples, singles, retirees.
