Reviews of Wyee, NSW
"Semi Rural lifestyle - within reach of facilities"
Wyee is a great little community!
Village shops, homes on large quarter acre+ blocks, rural holdings, community hall with skate ramp, playground and tennis courts.
Wyee has a central train station which is great for commuters.
We moved here 14 years ago as commuters.
I travelled on the train to Sydney (1hr 15mins+) and my husband travelled to Newcastle (50 mins).
Access to the F3 freeway is also not too far away.
Wyee has its own public primary school, but is within 15-20 minutes of several private schools.
Wyee is 15 minutes to the beach, closer to the lake.
Wyee has it's own Village Shops including a mini-mart, butcher, post office, pharmacy, doctors sugery, takeaway, hairdresser, bakery and bottle shop. There is a popular Nursery with cafe on Wyee Road as well as 2 service stations.
Major shopping at Tuggerah is 16 minutes away, Lake Haven is 15 minutes away and Morisset is 8 minutes away.
All in all it is a peaceful semi-rural area within reach of facilities.
