What street or area is mostly pubs, clubs, cafes and general nightlife in Surry Hills?
Surry Hills, NSW 2010 is located within the Sydney local government area, part of the Sydney (Greater) Region in New South Wales.
I am coming to Sydney and want to stay in Surry Hills. I want to book accomm. in the thick of it all but do not know exactly where all the nightlife and pubs etc are found. I was hoping you could tell me what street or general area is the busier area.

Crown Street is the main street in Surry Hills. If you want to be right in the hustle and bustle, I would recommend staying nearer to Oxford Street than Cleveland Street. From Oxford Street you can also walk to the CBD.
