I cant believe someone would pay 2 million for a home when in the 90 s u could buy a waterfront house for about 3 millon then Sutherland I could not justify ever spending that not in wildest dreams as a teenager growing up there houses really a couple few hundred thousand not a million or 2 less then a house in woolware rd in the 90s double block we had
