Hello Joyful,

I am a local Real estate agent at Dolls Point, If you are looking for a private school for your children then you can’t go past St Finbar's its located in Broughton St, Sans Souci Tel: 02 9529 5855. it’s a catholic school with a GREAT reputation.
If you are looking for a public school Then Sans Souci Public school on Rocky point road Also has an excellent reputation minus the fee's! Locals speak highly of the two schools many of my clients send their children to either ,haven’t ever heard a bad word.

As for Earlwood area, most I my family live in Earlwood and the schools surrounding are shocking, my younger cousins where forced to commute to Ashfield to get a decent education. I myself live in the area to (Great place to live) my son is going to a school in Kingsgrove and I can’t wait to get him out of there!

Also the schools in Sans Souci are much better than the schools in Brighton, I consider myself a bit of an authority on this matter and i feel strongly about my above opinions.

Hope this helps

Hello Adam,
Thanks for taking the time to write to me.
What do you think makes the schools in Sans souci better that the schools in Brighton?
Or, more specifically, what is wrong with the schools in Brighton?
I am really interested in your reply as we will make a house purchase based on being close to a good public school.

Your Welcome Joyful,

I don’t have a great opinion of the schools in Brighton based on feedback to me, I like to get people’s opinions on the matter specifically because I’m constantly asked buy purchasers about local schools, it’s very important.

So although I don’t have any personal experience with the schools in Brighton , it is a general consensus from people who have and when you meet people often who sing the praises of the two in Sans Souci it’s not hard to form an opinion.

Now at the risk of sounding biased I will also provide the following opinion, you said earlier you were looking for a new home with some “Grass” well if you know Dolls Point Sandringham (Border of Sans Souci) you will know that we are a beachside suburb and that we have enormous wide open parklands to boot!
It is hard to buy down here (Never really much for sale, people don’t want to leave!) the lifestyle hear is amazing in some parts of the area you could be forgiven for thinking you where in the country side and then again the beach is a 5 – 10 Minute walk from most directions and you can either walk or take a 3 minute drive to either of the two good schools I have suggested.

Now I’d like to say this, my office sells property in Brighton to we are sometimes referred to as “Little Brighton” if I believed the schools in sans Souci were no good I would honestly say so because Brighton is 5 Minutes down the road.

Living in Earlwood and down here on the peninsular are two very contrasting lifestyles I choose to live around Earlwood to be around family you will love it there to, but in regards to your children’s education...There is no comparison.
