Govt. initiative for NSW property owners to rent in QLD???

My husband and I will be moving to QLD early next year and have heard through the grapevine that QLD have some sort of initiative for property owners in NSW if they are going to rent (and keep their nsw property)? I've heard you get a 40% discount on the rest (govt. pays the balance). Is this true? Does anyone know where I can find any info?
