How are property values ever going to go down?
Sydney (CBD), NSW 2000 is located within the Sydney local government area, part of the Sydney (Greater) Region in New South Wales.
I was just listening to this podcast from Property Lovers (I'll list it below) and it spoke about the current state of the market, and how auction rates and property values are still going strong. Housing is so unaffordable right now and yet prices aren't going down!
